Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused and unworn.

The item must be in original condition (no stains, odors, damage, or alterations).

The item must be in its original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and accessories.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items are not eligible for return:

Intimate apparel, swimwear, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

Custom or personalized products

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@eddiebauerr.sbs or call +1 (562) 708-6215 to request a return authorization.

Step 2: Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a return shipping label and detailed return instructions via email.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Step 4: Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Important: Items sent back to us without first obtaining a return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

We offer free return shipping for all eligible return requests within the 30-day return window. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon return authorization. No restocking fees apply to any returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.

Refund Method and Timeline

After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase). Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund (or no refund) may be issued in the following circumstances:

The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage beyond normal inspection

The item is returned without original tags or packaging

The return is requested more than 30 calendar days after delivery

In such cases, we will notify you via email explaining the reason for the partial refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@eddiebauerr.sbs within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, including any return shipping fees.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow our standard return process to return the original item. Once your return is accepted and the refund is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
