Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time (Domestic United States)
Once processed, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days to addresses within the contiguous United States. Please note that business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays.
Total Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is calculated as Processing Time (1–2 business days) + Shipping Time (3–5 business days) . Therefore, customers can expect to receive their order approximately 4–7 business days after the order is placed, subject to carrier availability.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (contiguous 48 states) . We do not offer international shipping at this time. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify for free shipping. There are no hidden shipping fees or surcharges.
Carriers
We work with a variety of reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Based on your shipping address and package weight, your order may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other comparable carriers at our discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to high volume, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any third party.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@eddiebauerr.sbs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
